As a customer of John Smith & Son, Hammicks Legal and Hammicks Medical Bookshops you may use this site:

Our new Customer Account Management (CAM) system is now live!

You log in as you would have before.
For people with Bookshop website accounts and CAM accounts, you will now be able to sign on just once, assuming you are using the same email address and account number.
To view your account with us: To examine the titles maintained for you by Hammicks Subscription Service:
  • view book purchases on account
  • view outstanding book orders
  • to obtain a Copy of Purchase Invoices or Credit Notes
  • query entries with us by email
  • to obtain a Copy of Subscription Invoices
  • to obtain a Copy of Subscription Credit Notes
  • make claims to us by email
  • order new titles
  • send queries to us
  • pay outstanding invoices by credit card
  • apply for a credit account if you do not already have one

You may also export your Account Details or Purchased Books data to Microsoft Excel.

Register - New Users
If you do not know your Account Number it is shown on any invoice, proforma invoice, or statement that you have received from us.

Data updated continuously except for certain invoices.

Although this site is updated continuously there is normally a delay of approximately 1 working day for invoices and other data from our bookshops to be displayed.
